The Bugey nuclear power plant, built on the banks of the Rhône 35 km from Lyon in 1972, has four 900 MW reactors, producing 40% of the electricity consumped in the Rhône-Alpes region.
The Maintenance Department handles the maintenance of the four units, and trusts Picot to produce the boiler parts needed to maintain the plant.
